ADAPT Services

What began as a partnership with Special Olympics in 2014 has grown into a year-round adaptive fitness and performance program led by our specialized coaching team.

A3 provides social-recreational services and adaptive fitness through personal training,  semi-private training with peers, and nutrition coaching tailored for individuals with disabilities.

Our team includes experienced professionals with backgrounds in kinesiology, adaptive fitness, applied behavior analysis, speech therapy, psychology, education, and health coaching. We partner with families to deliver meaningful progress — helping each client grow stronger, more confident, and more independent.

WHAT PARENTS & CLIENTS SAY

Jomar

“I’m so glad I can show how great I am at sports again – just like back in high school before I lost my balance!” — Jomar, A3 Adapt Athlete

athlete training at the gym

“My son has been training at A3 for over a year now. I can not say enough good things about the program, and all of the staff at A3. They are very serious fitness professionals, but in addition to that, their approach to adaptive and/or special-needs training is outstanding. Athletes (not “clients” or “customers”) are given excellent fitness and safety instruction, attentively, diligently, and with respect, so that their potential can be realized. The benefits are too numerous to list here briefly, but it is WAY more than merely “getting some exercise.” – Deanna F., parent of A3 Adapt Athlete

“The most meaningful part of G’s experience at A3 has been seeing his confidence and strength grow. We’ve watched him become more willing to try new athletic activities whether it’s lifting, throwing or running and he approaches each challenge with a positive attitude. It’s been amazing to see him believe in himself more each day.” — Garrett’s Mom, A3 Adapt Athlete
