At A3 Sports Performance, our Camps & Clinics are designed to deliver high-impact, athlete-specific training in a focused, seasonal format. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen elite-level skills, our camps provide a structured environment to build strength, speed, and confidence one season at a time.
Speed Camps
Our seasonal Speed Camps are built to help athletes develop explosive speed, explosive power, quickness, and multidirectional agility. A3 Speed Camps are ideal for those looking to gain a competitive edge before tryouts, in-season play, or off-season growth.
This is not a large group experience. Our Camps offer personalized coaching and elite training with other driven athletes with big goals!
Youth Summer Camps
Each summer, A3 offers weekly youth training camps designed to develop athletic performance and sports skills while having fun in a high-energy environment! Youth Camps are for athletes ages 7-12, where they’re grouped by age and skill level. Small group coaching allows athletes to progress at a pace that’s both challenging and supportive. You can sign up for many weeks, or just one.
