Rookie | Ages 9–11
Builds athleticism from the ground up — strength, speed, coordination, and body control. Sessions blend fun and challenge through game-based training designed specifically for youth athletes.
Prep | Ages 11–14
A key developmental window where movement quality and foundational strength matter most. Prep athletes build speed, strength, coordination, and technique to prevent injury and prepare for the demands of more advanced training.
Intermediate | Ages 14–16
Athletes move to the weight racks and the track for the first time. Separate sessions for strength and speed, focused on sprinting, weightlifting, athletic performance and injury prevention.
Advanced | Ages 16+
College-prep performance training. Max velocity sprinting, compound lifts, plyometrics, biomechanics, mental performance and mentorship for the next level.
