Athletic development doesn’t happen overnight. At A3, we design programs to meet athletes where they are and guide them step by step through their growth. This is why we’ve created our program levels to ensure your athletes’ needs are being nurtured specified to their level of advancement.
Rookies (Intro Level) learn the basics: movement patterns, body control, and foundational strength. We keep it fun, safe, and empowering, building confidence along with rudimentary structure.
Prep (Developmental Level) is ideal for athletes who are starting to get more serious about sports performance. Training introduces structured strength, speed, and agility work, with a focus on form, technique, and consistency. It’s all about building strong habits and athletic fundamentals in a supportive environment.
Intermediate (Performance Level) athletes are ready to take their training to the next level. This program ramps up intensity with structured strength, power, and speed work. Athletes learn how to train with purpose, improve explosiveness, and prepare for varsity competition while minimizing injury risk through proper mechanics.
Advanced (Elite Level) is for serious athletes aiming to play at the collegiate or elite level. These athletes engage in high-performance, sport-specific training focused on peak strength, speed, recovery, and leadership. Whether preparing for a combine or scholarship opportunity, we tailor every session to help them dominate their sport.
