STRENGTH SEMINAR

A lot of athletes struggle to figure out how to make strength gains without sacrificing athleticism. If you don’t train the right way in the right program, you might be able to lift heavy once, but it won’t translate to your sport, and you won’t have the explosive power that’s vital to be a top competitor.

WINTER BREAK TRAINING CAMP (12-18)

This 2-week intensive Training Camp for competitive athletes will improve strength, power, speed, agility, biomechanics, injury prevention, and more. It’s a custom program designed to kickstart your pre-season and accelerate results. Go in well-prepared and confident!!

WINTER BREAK YOUTH CAMP (6-12)

This rookie camp includes three days of small group coaching session for overall athleticism – strength, speed, agility, power, coordination, etc., followed by some epic battles and fun competition in The Reindeer Games!!

THANKSGIVING WEEK MINI YOUTH CAMP

This 3-day Mini Camp for youth (ages 6 through 12) over Thanksgiving Break includes:
1) Coached workouts for strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, and athleticism
2) Fun Competition with Teammates
3) Games, Challenges & Prizes

8-WEEK SPEED & POWER PROGRAM

In this comprehensive 8-week program, athletes will get faster, more agile, and more explosive – guaranteed! Small group, high level coaching in sprint mechanics, agility, explosiveness, quickness, reaction time, change of direction, acceleration and deceleration, lateral speed, top end speed, and game speed will help athletes develop and be prepared for next season.

Mon & Wed 6PM / 7PM
Starts September 28

A3 CLINIC & COMBINE

This event gives local athletes an opportunity to prepare, compete, and develop. Test in all 6 Combine events with coaching for the best performance and preparation.

June 4 & 5, 2021

7-WEEK SPEED SERIES

In this comprehensive 7-week program, athletes will get faster, more agile, and more explosive – guaranteed! Small group, high level coaching in sprint mechanics, agility, explosiveness, quickness, reaction time, change of direction, acceleration and deceleration, lateral speed, top end speed, and game speed will help athletes develop and be prepared for next season.
