When kids develop their athleticism, they gain confidence, coordination, and competitive skills that translate to the field, court, and classroom!
Our Youth Athlete Program for rookies ages 7 & up helps athletes develop proper form and movement patterns, balance and coordination, and the fundamentals of strength, speed, agility and power that will give them an unshakeable base of athleticism to set them up for success for years to come!
Whether it’s rookie training, the fundamentals of weightlifting, advancement of sport skills, or our homeschool P.E. program, we develop youth through professional coaching.

Your child will develop total athleticism, which means strength, speed, agility, power, balance, coordination, endurance, and better movement patterns. Our comprehensive program will make them better athletes, and the best players are the best athletes.
Our team of coaches are highly qualified, well-educated professionals who help your young athlete develop a strong physical foundation, athletic IQ, and confidence. Youth get high-caliber coaching and helpful feedback in every small group session.
TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP
Each coaching session includes a game or competition to challenge kids and develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. We know that kids need opportunities to practice these skills and lots of positive reinforcement to build them up.
Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which not only translates to their sport, but also makes them better students, better teammates, and gives them better coping skills.
A3 P.E. is a Homeschool Program that develops fitness and athleticism through positive and professional coaching!
