Athletes’ Advantage Academy, Inc. is a local nonprofit organization operating since 2014. In partnership with A3 Sports Performance, we help student-athletes achieve success at their next level through professional coaching, training, and mentorship. Our primary mission supports the A3 Track & Field Club to ensure athletes have opportunities to develop and compete without the burden of financial constraints that would otherwise prevent them from having opportunities to excel. With the generous support of our community, we provide scholarships to dozens of student-athletes in Kern County.

NAMING OPPORTUNITIES

Your contribution will directly fund over a dozen annual scholarships, ensuring talented athletes have access to professional coaching, mentorship and the resources to excel in sports and in the classroom. STUDENT-ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIPS
Empower individual student-athletes by directly sponsoring their training scholarships. Your donation will cover coaching fees, mentorship in our Student-Athlete Prep Academy, and even academic support and tutoring, allowing dedicated student-athletes to focus on their development without financial barriers. Every contribution directly fuels the dreams of our athletes.
TEAM SUPPORT FUND
Support the collective success of the A3 Track & Field Club Team by contributing to our Team Support Fund. Donations to this fund cover essential expenses such as travel needs, uniforms, competition fees, and equipment needs. These funds play a crucial role in enabling our team to proudly represent Kern County and seize extraordinary opportunities for elite competition, including participation in the USATF Jr. National Olympics held nationwide every summer. By investing in our team, you ensure that every athlete can compete at their best, representing our community with pride.
