We think it’s the latter. Of course our young athletes become better, faster, and stronger, but knowing how to lose – and being confident enough to try again – will take kids a lot further in life.
The best thing we can do for kids is help them to be healthy and strong in body and mind.
In addition to the physical skills they develop through performance training, our Rookie athletes become more confident, more resilient, better teammates, and they develop a growth mindset where anything is possible if you’re willing to work hard.
In our Rookie program, your child will train like an athlete with age-appropriate skill challenges and workouts, fun competition, and professional coaching and development along the way.

By using a FUN combination of running, plyometrics, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, and lifting, we help kids develop better athleticism (speed, agility, strength, balance, coordination, motor planning, reaction time) and proper movement patterns that they can build on for years to come.
